with respect to such use.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between DIABETOPAEDIA.COM
and you with respect to your use of DIABETOPAEDIA.COM and your DIABETOPAEDIA.COM
membership, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications
and proposals, whether oral or written, between DIABETOPAEDIA.COM and
you with respect thereto.
It is at the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related
documents have been drawn up in English and the parties hereby confirm
